OS X vs. Vista
The Information Week post Mac OS X Shines In Comparison With Windows Vista caught my eye since I’m a Mac user.
Hidden behind all of this hoopla, however, is the fact that as much of an improvement Vista is over XP, its main competitor, Mac OS X, still stacks up really well — and even tops Vista in several important areas.
My only regret switching to a Mac is not doing it sooner. When I did, my spouse continued using her PC. She would have to leave the room whenever I worked it because I expressed my frustrations with the stupidity of it all, by yelling profanities. All is peaceful now since she switch to a Mac.
I don’t think Vista is anywhere near cooked and down right scary. I hope those lured to “raw” Vista by eye candy keep their sanity.
